Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. We require all cancellation notices within the 24 hours of your scheduled session. Client is given a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals after the 15 minute grace period of your scheduled time are subject to cancellation by Dre'z Digitalz. If Client desires to cancel services, reschedule services, or if it becomes impossible for Dre'z Digitalz to render Services due to the fault of the client or parties related to client, such as failure of one or more essential parties to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Dre'z Digitalz via phone, email or text message. Dre'z Digitalz has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Dre'z Digitalz to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client). Dre'z Digitalz will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Rescheduled appointments made at the time of cancellation will not require a new deposit. Dre'z Digitalz will not refund any monies client previously paid if Client fails to arrive in a timely manner or cancels the rescheduled appointment. Nor will client be allowed to use the previous deposit or monies paid towards additional rescheduled appointments.
